About ME

Chelsea Augelli is a shareholder at Wells Family Law, P.C. and focuses exclusively on family law matters. Chelsea brings a breadth of experience in divorces, common-law marriages, complex financial matters, allocation of parental responsibility actions, parenting time disputes, post-decree child support and/or maintenance modifications, relocation matters, as well as drafting cohabitation or prenuptial agreements. She also has substantial experience with high conflict cases involving domestic violence, mental health, and substance use issues and cases with neurodivergent or special needs children.

Chelsea is a proud alumna of the University of Denver and University of Denver Sturm College of Law and has been recognized as a Colorado Super Lawyer’s Rising Star since 2022 and a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for 2022-2024. Chelsea is currently serving as the Co-Chair for the CBA Family Law Section Legislative Policy Committee and Board Member of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association since 2022 and is the present Co-Chair of the Public Policy Committee.
