WHAT I DO: I have a “regular” real estate practice, but I also specialize in helping divorcing couples with their real estate assets. I have received specific training in various aspects of divorce real estate & how to help those going through a very emotional & stressful time. I have received the follow designations: Certified Real Estate Divorce Specialist (CREDS) & Certified Divorce Real Estate Professional (CDREP).
WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT: Our unique business model enables us to provide neutral 3rd-party representation to both divorcing parties when selling the marital home. No one needs to be concerned with the agent taking sides or favoring one party over the other. This results in both clients feeling that they were heard, treated fairly and that the process of selling the mutually owned real estate was highly successful.
