Katina Farrell is a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE®), Certified Divorce Specialist (CDS), and Colorado Managing Broker with 26 years of real estate experience supporting families through one of life's most significant transitions.
Based in the Denver Metro area, Katina works alongside collaborative divorce attorneys, mediators, financial neutrals, and mental health professionals to help separating couples resolve real estate matters with clarity, respect, and minimal disruption. She brings the same structured, neutral, and process-aware approach to every case, whether it proceeds collaboratively, through mediation, or in litigation. Her training spans all three tracks, including 40-hour basic mediation certification, Collaborative Law training, and extensive experience in court-ordered and high-conflict litigated matters. Attorneys across the full spectrum of family law practice rely on her because her framework holds up regardless of how the case is being resolved.
Katina has been appointed in domestic relations matters across the entire Denver Metro area and has served in multiple capacities, including as a neutral listing agent, through court appointment, by stipulation, and by mediated settlement agreement. She works regularly alongside Special Masters, family law attorneys, mediators, and arbitrators.
