About ME
My passion for mediation began in middle school, supporting peer conflict resolution in the Minneapolis Public Schools and seeing firsthand how dialogue can restore understanding. Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals, families, and communities navigate conflict with empathy and intention.
I am a Licensed Social Worker with experience in community-based restorative justice, university-level victim advocacy, and federal work with the U.S. Department of Justice, giving me a broad perspective on conflict, trauma, and systemic dynamics.
In my private practice, From the Heart: Restorative Conflict Resolution, I focus on family systems conflict, guiding teens and their parents through challenging relational dynamics. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and strengths-based, blending therapeutic insight with practical mediation and conflict coaching techniques to rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and transform conflict into connection.
I bring warmth, curiosity, and dedication to every session, supporting others in feeling heard, empowered, and understood. From the Heart is about more than resolving conflict—it’s about restoring relationships, reclaiming your voice, and moving forward with purpose.
