Experienced Family Law Attorney with thirty years of experience, Certified Collaborative Attorney, and Family Law Mediator. Ten year background in Federal Court handling labor and employment cases including federal arbitration. Focus on resolution of the complex financial and family issues involved in divorce with the end goal of a negotiated settlement. Divorce is difficult both emotionally and financially, and it affects not only the parties but the children. In the collaborative model, we hope to reach a resolution that best suits the parties and protects the parent/child relationship.
