About ME
Temple Trigg is a CDC Certified Divorce Coach®, with an MA in Counseling and a BA in Psychology and has completed her Collaborative Divorce Level I training. As a coach, Temple provides personal divorce support and consulting in a safe, confidential, judgement free space for her clients to work through the myriad of issues faced before, during and after divorce. After assessing her client’s individual goals, needs and potential obstacles, she supports her clients every step of the way as they navigate towards reaching their desired outcomes, while avoiding many common divorce mistakes. Coaching includes, but is not limited to, connecting clients with the best divorce professionals and resources for their circumstances, preparing for attorney meetings and mediations, creating effective co-parenting strategies and shielding children from conflict, as well as grief and recovery work.
Temple is currently a presenter for both Divorce Options and Second Saturday Divorce Workshops and is a Divorce Care support group leader. In addition to work and a family life full of teenagers, dogs and outdoor adventure, Temple enjoys international travel and her volunteer work with No Barriers USA in Fort Collins, and Habitat for Humanity Global Village.
