About ME
Ashley is a collaborative attorney who has dedicated her practice exclusively to family law. While family law speaks to a wide breadth of potential matters, specifically, Ashley's expertise is in divorce matters, including those involving more complex issues such as high net worth individuals, domestic violence, or mental health concerns or issues, child custody matters, and post-decree (meaning issues that arise after the divorce or child custody matter has been resolved).
Ashley's litigation experience is what drew her to the practice of collaborative law. While our judicial officers work hard to find equitable solutions for families, they have a limited amount of time to make decisions that will impact you and your family for the rest of your lives. Oftentimes, these judges do not have a background in family law. The collaborative process enables people to work towards goals, rather than argue over positions, and make informed decisions about their future.
Clients find that Ashley's experience in court, paired with her level-headed demeanor and resolution-oriented mindset, give them the best opportunity to reach well thought out and fair outcomes in their collaborative cases.
Ashley is a co-founder of the Denver Source for Collaborative Divorce collaborative practice group and is a board member of the Colorado Collaborative Divorce Professionals.
